Invitation for Theologians, Bible Scholars, and Religious Studies Scholars

Are you a theologian or a bible scholar or a religious studies scholar with a PhD, working at a university? If yes, we’re interested in your opinions! We are carrying out research into how people in academia perceive the fields of theology/religion and social sciences. Please sign up for our 15-minute online survey!

We are seeking participation from people who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. You are over 18 years old.
  2. You are fluent in English (note: you do not need to be a native English speaker).
  3. You have a doctoral degree (e.g., PhD).
  4. You are currently based in a theology and/or religious studies department in a university, divinity school, or other higher education institution.
  5. You have a valid institutional email address (e.g., ending in “.edu”, “ac.uk”, etc.)

If you meet all of the above qualifications and are interested in helping, please click on the link above to sign up. The first part of the study consists of standard verification questions; upon confirming your eligibility, we will email you a separate link for the main study. This survey has been approved by the University of Birmingham Ethical Review Committee (ERN 1178).
