Cross-Training Fellowship Program member, Dr. Ann Gillian Chu, presented at the 2025 Baptist Scholars International Roundtable, organized by the Department of Religion at Baylor University, followed by Professor Dub Oliver, the president of Union University, who offered a detailed response to Dr. Chu’s paper. Dr. Chu’s presentation is titled: “Left-behind: Elderly Parents and Hong Kong Baptist Churches.” BSIR Scholars were selected through a competitive process to present their papers related to the 2025 theme: Baptists and Global Mission.
