The Cross-Training Fellowship Program members held an interactive panel discussion at the 20th European Conference on Science and Theology (ECST) in Split, Croatia. ECST is a biennial conference organized by the European Society for the Study of Science and Theology (ESSSAT). The two-hour panel session (chaired by Dr. Shoko Watanabe) addressed the topics of navigating the intersection of theology and psychology, interdisciplinary collaborations, and lessons learned from the fellowship program. The panelists for the event were:

Each panelist shared their story on navigating the disciplinary differences in epistemology, methods, and language, and reflected on how being engaged with psychology has impacted their self-understanding as theologians.
